I indicated this would be reflected in my reviews, and one representative told me it would be honored. A later email response said they would not and that it is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about coupon validity before scheduling a job. I do not really agree. He was able to get rid of light carpet stains plus nearly remove a deeper nail polish stain. Joe is a bit rugged and "rough around the edges" but once he warms up he's quite friendly.
