"I was recently seeking a contractor on Angi for an urgent interior paint project at my home with quick turnaround time. This bedroom paint project included wall paint (2 colors; 1 accent wall), wall baseboard trim repair + paint, door trim repair + paint, door paint, and a plumbing panel replacement + paint. When I posted the request on Angi, Eugene from Honeycomb Construction called me within a minute after posting (Wow!). I explained my situation (baby on the way/arriving in weeks, nesting) and project details, and Eugene stopped by the same day to get a good look at room needing paint + repairs. Eugene was able to meet my familyâ s needs to get this room ready within one week. Although the estimated job timeline slid out by one day due to factors out of Eugeneâ s control (cold room on the basement floor, so paint takes longer to dry between coats), he did an excellent job with all the promised work: the paints of coat were even and full, the lines between the two colors of paint were crisp and clean, and the baseboard trim was looking sharp! "This is the 3rd time we've used Affordable Joe's and as always, he is thorough and efficient. He arrived on time with a partner and they got to work right away. He was able to get rid of light carpet stains plus nearly remove a deeper nail polish stain. Joe is a bit rugged and "rough around the edges" but once he warms up he's quite friendly. He is honest about what can and can't be done. The price truly is affordable and done with quality. The cleaning product used also leaves a nice lemony scent which is a plus.
