"I was recently seeking a contractor on Angi for an urgent interior paint project at my home with quick turnaround time. This bedroom paint project included wall paint (2 colors; 1 accent wall), wall baseboard trim repair + paint, door trim repair + paint, door paint, and a plumbing panel replacement + paint. When I posted the request on Angi, Eugene from Honeycomb Construction called me within a minute after posting (Wow!). I explained my situation (baby on the way/arriving in weeks, nesting) and project details, and Eugene stopped by the same day to get a good look at room needing paint + repairs. Eugene was able to meet my familyâ s needs to get this room ready within one week. Although the estimated job timeline slid out by one day due to factors out of Eugeneâ s control (cold room on the basement floor, so paint takes longer to dry between coats), he did an excellent job with all the promised work: the paints of coat were even and full, the lines between the two colors of paint were crisp and clean, and the baseboard trim was looking sharp! Eugene does great work, heâ s really responsive and communicative throughout the process, heâ s really professional, and he is very kind. "Joe and an assistant showed up for the carpet cleaning.  They arrived within their time window. The two bedrooms took them roughly 20 minutes to complete.
The carpets are beige and originally had some darker stains on them.  Joe told me he might not be able to get all the stains out, but they returned the carpets to a stain-free appearance.  They asked me to let the carpets dry for 4-6 hours.  I noticed that there was some water outside the doors to the bedrooms (on a hardwood floor surface), and Joe's assistant went to wipe up the water immediately.  They also gave me some painter's booties to use in case I needed to walk on the carpets before they dried.
They did a great job, at a great price, and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

He did a fantastic job repairing my living room ceiling which had been botched-up by another comany.  Unfortunately, I'd had a roof leak several years ago and had hired someone to repair it.  It looked just terrible and I thought I was just going to have to live with it.  When I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List, I thought, what have I got to loose? Maybe it can be fixed, and I took a chance.
