He explained the differences regarding vinyl & other materials. The workers were here on time..They took away the old rug & installed a beautiful floor. They were professional & the clean up was great. I highly recommend this company."

"great! The vinyl floor is by far the best I have seen. It looks like wood and no squeaking. Its solid and well made. The installers were professional."

"Eddie showed up on time to give me a fair, reasonable quote for my vinyl flooring. The job was accepted and work began shortly after. With only the one hiccup being that there was confusion on how much flooring was needed, everything went very smoothly and looks incredible. The work was done very quickly and very efficiently and I could not be happier with the outcome!"

"Excellent grade of flooring material and professional workmanship of installation."

"Everything went great. Installation was fast, efficient, and they were very knowledgeable."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"Make your flooring buying experience easy, have Empire come to you and give you their best choices ,advice and estimate, plus they do all the measuring ,ordering and installing ."

"Very responsive and professional. Provided me with a couple of options to choose from."

"Nick was great to work with. He provided us with a start date and duration, upfront, which we met. He was honest and transparent, and sent us daily updates of his progress (we did not stay at the house during the bathroom renovation). He planned his tile layout well and delivered a beautiful, quality product. He also worked with our budget which was extremely helpful to us. Would definitely work with him again and highly recommend for others as well."
