"I brought in several of the highest rated plumbers on Angie's list for bids so I knew they would all do quality work.   I then went with the lowest bid, which was Burkhardt by a landslide.  The bid I received from them was less than half of what the other top rated plumbers bid. 
They only have a few employees and they had one guy do all of the construction work at my house.  My project took 4 days which included breaking up the floor, running drain and vent pipe, running water pipe, and recementing the floor.
I was very impressed with the work.  When he came to the house I went over how I wanted everything done and he did everything exactly how I explained it.  I also made some additions to the scope of the project after he started and he took care of them with a "can do" attitude.  I needed him to reroute some existing water pipe and to install a shut off valve.  He also left my basement spotless when he was done with no reminents of all the cement and sand that was on the basement floor during construction.  I would hire Burkhardt Plumbing again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality plumbing work done at a fair price.

"After 15 years in my current home, I was finally getting granite countertops. I was so excited. I went to Paramount on the advice of a friend who had used them. From the start they were very helpful. They answered any and all questions I had. I looked at multiple granite places, and I ended up selecting my granite at another business. Paramount did an excellent job coordinating the delivery of the granite to their site in a quick and efficient manner. The gentleman that came to measure our kitchen was professional and on time. Paramount allowed me to come down to the company and they put up all three slabs they were using for my kitchen and put the template of my counters, island and desktops on them. They were patient and helpful in deciding where to cut the granite to get the maximum effect I was looking for. (Lots of movement). Along the way, I made changes - edges of the granite, backsplash changes and added sinks and faucets. They patiently updated my invoice and emailed me the updates to the project within an hour every time.  I never felt they were frustrated or upset with me, and they treated me with respect. The installers were on time and professional.  They did an excellent job and I love it. I have had many compliments on them and wouldn't change a thing. "We had two old bathroom vanity faucets that were falling apart and corroded and we bought a $99  Big Deal from Jim to replace them with faucets I had purchased. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong size (8" centers instead of 4", doh!) and Jim said he would go ahead and dismantle one of them and come back to finish the install at no charge when I was able to get the proper faucet. It took a week or so to get the faucets in hand and to coordinate our schedules but Jim came when promised and finished the job, he even stayed longer than two hours total to get it all finished and only charged us for a part that I had failed to pick up from Home Depot (which he had on hand). It went very smoothly,  I would recommend Jim.

This company is amazing.  Sam and his team exceeded my expectations in all categories.  His professionalism was on point, his commitment was upheld as promised, his technical skills were remarkable with extreme attention to detail and competence.  I was very happy with my service.
