"We had a leak around the chimney area of our roof. Rick initially diagnosed the leak as from old flashing in need of replacing. Was quoted $1250 for the repair. They had their guys come out promptly and replace the flashing all around the base of the chimney where it meets the roof. Doing a nice clean job. However, upon the next rain event that we had (about 1 week later), the leak was still vey apparent. Rick came back out to look at it again, and realized that he had mis-diagnosed the problem, and that the leak was actually coming from another area where the fascia board on the side of the roof penetrates the chimney stack. He was very apologetic and reduced the amount that I owed him for the repair by 50%. He then referred me to a stucco contractor to correct the actual problem. He was very honest, and I appreciate his being willing to work with us. To be honest the flashing probably needed to be replaced anyway in my 30 year old house."

When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. Their price was right in line with the other estimates I had received, so it really came down to who can provide me with the most trustworthy work. They were on top of the project from start to finish, and completed the job exactly when they projected. Mike Rochholz answered all my questions before, during and after. Communication was clear. Helped me choose the replacement tile. I knew what was going to be done and when I was on their work calendar six weeks ahead. Started on Monday and finished on Friday. "It was a nice experience from start to finish. To Leon there’s no such thing as a small job although later it became bigger because I had all the rotting facia whole or partial replaced . Add to that the relatively new patio roof that was done very poorly and badly by a previous company was also replaced. All these add ons were ok with Leon and the good news is the price was still reasonable and within my budget. I gave 4 stars only because the replacement shingle was a bit off ."
