"Called Bradbury Garage Doors to inspect my daughter’s garage door, fully expecting to have to replace it. When Phil came out, I explained my daughter’s situation, and that I wanted to explore the least expensive, acceptable, option. After careful examination, he stated the door could be easily repaired, at a fraction of the cost of replacement. He scheduled Dallas to repair the door later that day. "I'm not sure this was the cheapest company, but you surely and without question do get what you pay for -  - that is a lesson I'm now quite comfortable with - - - and I'm certain that using the Deck Doctor for this job was a worthwhile investment and the best use of my resources. Jim provided a timely and detailed estimate. Once we got on each other's calendars, which was not difficult, they did a thorough powerwash and then repainted the deck with two coats, and worked with me to get a color and type of paint that I thought was best. This was a fairly large deck, about 15 by 30, and some benches below, steps with railings and balusters, and two overhead pergolas. Everything on the deck was carefully carried down, and they did a great job masking off everything. They also came back to touch up, and used some of  my existing matching housepaint to neatly fix a few areas of overspray - which is inevitable - and then carefully returned everything to its place on the deck (including planters and a rainbarrel) and then removed all the masking tape. And the guys who did the work were very courteous, professional, thorough and punctual. It couldn't have gone any better.  I don't think you could do any better. <br />"

"Chris and his guys removed 5000 sq ft of mossy concrete tile from our roof in Ramona and recovered it with new shingles in just one week's time. He did exactly what he said he would, answered emails promptly, cleaned up afterwards, and we couldn't be happier with our new roof. His bid was better than we expected and included items that would have been optional from another contractor. The job also included a small solar array and Chris arranged for a solar guy to come out and do that part of the job. Chris is good people. Give him a try."

"The entire process took about a week which included - preparation of the areas to be resurfaced, texture coat, color coat, sealing coat.  Also we had the exiting concrete brick planter areas painted with another colored coating product to coordinate with our existing patio and new resurfaced areas. I would estimate that the area resurfaced was about 2000 square feet and about 200 linear feet of 3-4 high brick was recoated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The concrete for some of the areas was over 30 years old and other parts had been lifted and discolored.  The lifted areas were ground down or floated as needed before the process began.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />You can get a pretty good idea of the various products and applications of the Company by looking at their website. We had been referred to them by another customer of theirs several years ago. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The salesperson Robert and the working crew headed by Gary were all polite, one day and considerate of our home and plants.  <br />"

"Juan did all around fantastic job cleaning and sealing our countertops. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and clean (he even wore booties in the house). He was even so kind as to knock quietly and whisper when we told him that our baby would likely be napping when he arrived. <br /> His service was excellent -- he used top-of-the-line product and went above and beyond in taking care of our stone, which needed more help than we realized (and before you ask, no, he didn't tack on extra charges). He was very reasonably priced for the work performed and the products used -- we had an Angie's List deal that brought the price down considerably, but I believe that it is typically $300. <br /> Before I met Juan, I had a half second of worry when I called and his mailbox was full, but I trusted the many happy customers on Angie's List and didn't give it much thought. "It was very smooth. Rico did a wonderful job. Sara at the office was very helpful to answer all our questions and concerns. Very professional and friendly. The Ricky who came to give us an estimate was knowledgeable but little lacking in follow up that is he came to the home to check on painters but never talked to us about their painting services or after finishing the project he never called to find out how the job was done. One suggestion for them would be that customer should be able to pay them online. They still prefers old fashioned way of writing a check."
