They covered everything and made sure to move all the bulky items so they won?t get damaged. After they finished the work, they returned and arranged the items and then moved to the next area. Ezra assigned to my house his supervisor Charlie and he visited the house several times during the work time and made sure that we are happy and that there are no problems. Most of the paint work was a sponge paint with 2 colors but the common areas were with a special paint which took longer to do. "It was a good price. They were beginning to installed Deccan system in residents. Deccan was for commercial, and they were starting to install Deccan in residential places, and I think I got a pretty good price. I had no problems with them. The problem that I had while I marked them down overall, they installed the unit the furnace upstairs, I live in a condo, it was in sort of a closet. When it went on, it sounded like an train going on through the house. I think they should have been aware of that. I called them back, to do some to soften the noise around the furnace, and put some material around it to buffer the noise, so its reduce. I had to call them back a couple of times. The first time, the kid kind of just glued it on. The second time, when I called they really attached it, so its stayed, and its really helped. Overall, they should have been conscious of that problem."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
