"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

Ron and Roman came to our house to discuss the project and then came back to review their proposal in detail. They were open to ideas and suggested valuable changes in the roof design before we started contraction. The best thing was the constant communication. Ron would text, e-mail and call, and more importantly answer all my texts, e-mails and call usually the same day if not immediately. The crew was there every day at 7:30am, with hammers and saws going at 7:31am. We jointly worked through numerous change orders without any issue. The overall construction and material used were also top notch. They are a great partner to have during construction."
