"<p>May 23, 2014, 8:45am I called Maurer Well Service, Inc., a woman picked up the call and I explain to her when I turn on a faucet the pump goes on and there is a clicking noise coming from the switch which sounds like it's going on and off. She transferred the call to Chris which I repeated to him what I said to the woman. Chris was able to come out to examine and correct the problem on the same day that I called. </p> <p>Chris explain in detail what was happening to the water tank and since I don't know anything about well service he explain the situation over the phone to my husband. The short story....replace the undersized water tank that had been installed when the house was built in 2005 with a new efficient water tank. </p> <p>Chris was professional over the phone and in person. He also informed my husband and I that our sump pump isn't working and told me if my husband needed help with installing the sump pump or had any questions to give him a call.</p> <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Concrete driveway leveling and crack repair work was performed to our satisfaction, by a 2 man crew, who arrived promptly at 8 am and completed the repairs in less than 4 hours. <br /> The work was expertly done. Almost half of the driveway had settled with resultant cracks and joint movement, caused by water intrusion into the substrate below the slab.  The slab has now been raised back up to level by drilling small holes in the slab and filling below with light weight dense foam, pressure injected. Upon completion of the leveling process, all the crack joints were filled with sand cement topped off with a flowable epoxy, thus sealing the joints. <br /> Observing the work as it was done, I was impressed by the skill level shown and, especially, the judgement of how much injection can be done without causing further cracking to occur due to over filling, or uneven filling. <br /> It is important for potential customers to know that this is repair work.  The intent is to make the driveway completely functional and safe. The evidence of it being repaired will be obvious but should, when finished properly, be acceptable.  The only alternative, complete demolition, sub slab consolidation and new slab construction, would probably cost at least ten times as much and much longer to complete. <br /> The two men worked diligently, showed a high level of competence and were very courteous at all times.  We were very impressed and would, following this experience, strongly recommend Acculevel, Inc. <br /> Myles Murphy <br />"

"Excellent! Mark Forte, along with his Dad (approx 2010) gave me a quote; within $100 of another local company. Decided to use Forte as I understood his methods and depth of the foundation repair considerably better that the other guys. It was a serious undertaking, took five days. A bit messy as there was concrete dust from the saw, but this was expected. Once repairs were completed, we had a small leak.... within a day his entire crew was out to repair the problem, all at no additional charge. Repairs completed (2010) and basement has been 100% dry ever since! Highly recommend!"
