"Juan and his asistants from K, B & D Remodeling, LLC, did a fantastic job in my home. I had hired another company to waterproof the basement. To prepare for the basement waterproofing job, Juan and his workers did the demolition: removing all the perimeter wall drywall and most of the drop ceiling in the basement. After the other company installed the drainage tile system, Juan and his workers rebuilt my basement, including framing out all new walls, putting up drywall, sanding and painting the walls, installing new drop ceiling. I also had them put in new plumbing (my house is old) in the basement as well as some new electrical lines, including a new 220 line for my basement shop. Part of the basement floor needed repair, so Juan did that as well. He and his crew did other repairs as well in the basement as well as doing some roof repairs. Juan was easy to work with. He always answered when I called. He took the time with me, answering all my questions. He does a thorough job,"

"We had more than 80% of the old house remodeled with new additions. It’s a daunting task and huge project. However, Dimitritis and Joshua made it easy and did a great job in completing our dream home. Joshua was fantastic managing the daily tasks and excellent with details. They were very responsive in re-addressing even with minor adjustments. Definitely recommend."

"Daniel and his team did an outstanding job remodeling our basement. Communication throughout the project was excellent and the project was finished on time with very little surprises. Daniel made some excellent recommendations on flooring, electrical layout and the best ways to utilize limited space. His knowledge and expertise was appreciated and contributed to a better finished product."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"Howard and his whole crew were fantastic. I think we were a little picky about the design and paint schemes, but Howard's crew made it work for us and the porch looks really lovely. Plus, it looks like it's always been there, not like an addition. The carpenters worked hard to capture the essence of our original porch (from 1895) and the painter was very careful to match the original color scheme of the house. We could not be happier!"

"The Kitchen remodel was done right the first time. I was worried about the job taking long, but they gave us a timeline and stuck to it. If I called with any questions, my Project Manager was there to answer to my satisfaction. I am looking forward to my bathroom remodel being done by a great team like Budget Construction!"

"Gene, Lior, and their team were amazing! We had multiple contractors ghost us for structural work in our basement (replacement of wooden beam and posts with steel). The team did EVERYTHING for us - from the architectural drawings, to Chicago city permits, to the work. Their estimate was exactly what we paid, and their timeline was correct. The thing that stood out the most was their responsiveness. We asked a lot of questions and Lior and Gene always responded right away with clear answers to all of our questions. I have and will continue to recommend Chi Renovation and Design!"

"Communication was great, the work was completed as requested, and the price was competitive. They removed a very large maple tree and trimmed other trees in the area. Highly recommend!"

"These guys are great!! My building's HOA decided to move forward with a roof deck back in 2020. Right off the bat, we met with 4 separate contractors and ultimately decided to move forward with Greg/Mike from The Smart Houses. From the initial walk-through/quote, the care they took to curate the perfect deck solution for our budget, and the overall quality of the finished deck we're thrilled! It was truly a pleasure to partner with them and would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get a deck done right."

"Yes. Connected a waterline to our new refrigerator and also installed a 6’ x 18” wooden shelf in our kitchen. In both cases we observed Derek’s desire to confidently deliver satisfaction for his client. We could see his preparation, use of good materials and tools to finish a great job. We will use DaHandy Guys again on any next project we will need."
