"We absolutely love Luis's professionalism, kindness, and honesty. When Luis approached me on Angi, to be honest, I was not sure, simply how little review he has. But like any great business or profile, it needs to start somewhere.... and I am so glad we hired Luis to paint and stain our deck. When we were getting estimates, many people have given all kind of estimates. Some will only do one coat, some won't even sand for us. But Luis came in with saying he would do everything with a very competitive price. Besides, everything that he shared with us about how to treat the wood or types of paint is on point (I did my own research too). Last but most importantly, Luis is not pushy at all, he provide his professional opinion and lets you decide! So glad we found Luis, and we are already talking about using him again for our fence. Bot side of our neighbor were so impress with our 'new' deck and want to engage Luis too."

"had some siding loose above my lower roof, mitch came out and fixed it and then while he was up there caulked and sealed my chimney , did good work, would recommend"

"The company was very responsive and arrived on time. They provided a very reasonable estimate that was in line with the Angie cost estimate tool. They repaired our siding and their work has continued to hold up to the Chicago winds."

"K,B&D Remodeling, LLC is extremely knowledgeable in their craft. The carpentry work on my deck, porch, and on 30 windows is A+ ! Iâ m extremely satisfied with their work. Curb appeal looks outstanding. Their fine work and knowledge in the trade is a given and it definitely shows. But what sets this company apart is their integrity, character, and professionalism. 100% Class act operation. Will definitely call them back In April 2023 for a spring project."

"Franks construction and team did a great job! New cement retaining wall and porch in just 5 days. Very professional and clean crew. Would hire again"

"We had a great experience with Greg. We hired him to paint our loft style condo that has a LOT of complicated angles, exposed ductwork, and high ceilings. We got to witness the work being done as we worked from home. He was meticulous, detail oriented, organized, and you could tell he takes pride in his work. Above all, he was RELIABLE & affordable. He showed up everyday when he said he would, and completed tasks like he said he would. He communicated to us the process and he followed through with all of it! We liked the work so much that we are now hiring him to paint our kitchen cabinets! He even referred us to a flooring installer that we are working with. Do yourself a favor and HIRE this painter!"

"We hired John to repair and repaint water-damaged drywall in 2 bathroom ceilings at our condo. John did an awesome job. The drywall looks like it never was damaged and the ceilings look like new. We knew when John came over to give us an estimate that we would hire him. He was prompt when he arrived on the first day. And he was meticulous about keeping the worksite clean from dust. We will rehire John for all of our interior painting projects."

"The crew showed up when they said they were very neat in their cleanup and the work quality was very good."

"Pipe broke and the whole kitchen had to be torn down to the studs and completely rebuilt. Installed new sound deading insulation new cabinets counter tops sink and faucet Plus installed new floor and snd trim They did a beautiful job and I will hire them again . They also cleaned up great"

"We had numerous tiles in a finished basement that had gotten detached. I reached out to several companies, and Jeff was the only one who offered to stop by to assess the damage before giving us a quote. He was able to complete the work timely (which was very important to us because we didn't want additional tiles coming loose), was very practical and did an excellent job. The price he quoted us was very fair and lower than other estimates we had received. I highly recommend, Jeff."
