"Josh and his crew did a fantastic job! They changed out the circuit breaker box. This included having to expand and upgrade the area so the new circuit breaker would fit. After the new circuit breaker was in, he came back another day to ensure the wall around the circuit breaker was professionally repaired. In addition to this job, they also installed a stackable washer and dryer in the main bathroom. It was a very tight fit and he had to enlarge the area to make it work. Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
