"I am so disappointed. This company did a bait and switch and I ended up cancelling the order because they wanted $2,000 more! One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!"

Numerous calls were placed to your office in the early months. You guys sure knew mike then. You guys were able to get ahold of him a few times I couldn't. Your business has atlas exteriors listed as a DBA. All of this has been recorded, pictures saved, and the old "oh we don't know that employee" does not work when I have called your office for him and your secretaries get ahold of him for us. Months later you switched to suddenly not knowing a person using a listed DBA you have given business cards to? Same address? It'll get sorted in court unless money is returned."

"It went great. There was one snafu because a subcontractor’s extruding and bending machine was on the fritz. However buckeye construction got it done in one day on a very tight schedule—that is before the next big storm supposedly arriving early tomorrow morning. They even went the extra mile and attached a chimney a previous contractor left unattached, and put several screws in the roofing on corners at opposite ends of the house a previous roofing company failed to install even though there were holes already there."

Jake H. came by for the estimate, and even though it was late and dark (so we skipped walking the roof), he was straight with me from the start. No BS, no pressure tactics - just honest talk about what needed to be done and a fair quote. During the job, they did find some bad roof sheeting under the shingles. Anyone with basic common sense knows you can't see that stuff until you get down to the wood - it's just part of the deal. Yeah, I had to pay extra for the wood replacement, but it needed to be done right. The end result? My house looks AMAZING! These guys knocked it out of the park. The new roof completely transformed my home's appearance, and their work quality was top-notch. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.
