"I was looking to possibly replace my water heater. It is old but functions fine and I have no problems. After talking with Water Heater Now rep he told me that since I have a well it might be better to leave my current functioning water heater. He explained that while they offer excellent warranty I am better off with an older model if I don't have any problems. While I decided I will keep my water heater until it shows a problem I will definitely call Water Heater Now when I need a new water heater."

"Had an emergency hot water heater issue and got several bids. Keepers called back immediately and was among the lower bids. When I mentioned the renter was anxious to get it fixed ASAP he offered to go out same day and I had a new water heater within a few hours."
