He was deliberate to troubleshoot potential issues, including completely taking oven out of wall during two visits (charged only for one) to confirm his initial diagnosis. He concluded the malfunction was an electrical issue - not an appliance issue - and recommended we first get an electrician to check the circuitry. He was right! The problem was circuit miswiring!
