"These guys did great. In our rental apartment in Santa Monica, we'd been having a rat problem (outside only, fortunately) for a couple years. They completely destroyed a set of patio furniture, and we were always afraid they would eventually find their way inside. The landlords finally agreed to let us hire someone, and we chose Surf City.
