"Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. He had good ideas and demonstrated his years of experience with this type of project. He involved his contractor Mike, who would build the deck. Both were professional, experienced, and detailed. "Peppers Landesign was amazing on multiple projects on multiple of my properties. I would highly recommend for any jobs outside your house. Very high level of detail and care used on various projects. I have used them for a modern fence, replacement of concrete sidewalk and stairs. New sprinkler system, sod and a retaining wall. It’s so nice working with Gabriel Peppers, he is reliable, fair priced and great at communicating throughout the whole process. His expertise was valuable as he was able to make polite recommendations which was super helpful in avoiding issues I had not foreseen. I will be using them again and again for future projects. All work they did came out better than I had expected or hoped for. They were even respectful of dozens of plants where our fence was going in, I expected them to all be trampled but none were!! Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way.
