He came out diagnosed the problem, made us aware of the problem (control panel), provided the total price (no hidden fee's) after checking to see if the material was available. Scheduled to come out on a Monday (since it was the weekend), we paid the material fee and labor would be paid on Monday. He followed through and once again kept us updated on his status. He was very polite, asked if it was ok to use a dish for testing instead of taking it upon himself to do it without asking or even to go into another part of the home, instead of taking it upon himself to maneuver in the home without permission, just to say your home will be respected.
