"I freaked out due to the Pandemic virus amidst and just needed my home to be safe, I had an accident leaving my home so I immediately searched for Glass repairs, they were my first choice due to the urgency of the matter and sure enough they were available. Called 4:30PM and they managed to come by 6:10PM, the Glass door was fixed and looked like nothing had happened by 6:40PM. Quick, Reliable and very professional. I got their card just in case of such emergencies. Thanks again!"

"Nick gave us the great solution to the problem of our cracking bathroom tile to use laminent planking over the tile. This solved the problem of an uneven slab underneath that was causing the cracking. The floating floor went over it and now that the job is done it looks great and we don't have to worry about cracking anymore. It was the most cost effective solution for the problem. Nick is very professional and very reliable. He keeps his word and kept us informed regarding the material that was ordered. He pays attention to detail , works clean and is very respectful of the home he is working in. We highly recommend him."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"This is my second experience with Castle Windows. In 2017, I had Castle install three doors and six windows. I had Kenny from Castle Windows - Mechanicsburg stop by and gave me a good price for my remaining eight windows before Christmas 2022. Project manager, Nick, stopped by for the measurements and addressed an issues with two windows from my previous install, which are being resolved with the warranty. Just had the remaining windows installed in February 2023 and they look great! Great experiences with Castle Windows and I would refer them to anyone."

"There are a few takeaways that I'd like to share with everyone. First the scope of the project. It was 8ft x 10ft concrete slab that was slanted 3 inches on one side. 1. The wait time to get a visit for estimate is in weeks. Could be a deal breaker for someone who needs work done urgently. 2. 17 days after initial visit, i got the appointment, on the day of the appointment they cancelled on me. I didn't care about it but I can see someone getting upset about this. 3. 19 days after initial visit, a guy came. Of course he was running late. lol and his equipment broke -- took him a little over an hour to fix the nozzle and get it running. Actual job took over an hour. At the end -- I'm happy with the work. Finally -- the cost ! unfortunately, it was double the average cost that was shown on homeadvisor website. The guy who did the job said this is the bare minimum they charge for any project. So I guess the estimate on homeadvisor is way off if this is the bare minimum. Over all -- I would recommend their service and at the same time, i'd also suggest getting at least a couple of more estimates."
