"Hazelwood Floors did a fantastic job. We had a large project. We had them install hardwood flooring in our dining room, living room, office, and upstairs hall. We also had them install hardwood on our stairs. They replaced some damaged wood in our foyer. They also refinished the floors in the foyer and kitchen. The floors look great! They arrived on time each day and cleaned up each evening. They were very careful to protect our cabinets, walls, etc. We couldn't be happier with the the job that they did. "Robert, finished our floors in sections as we moved furniture between sections. The last section Robert made a mistake and thought he was using satin but it was semi gloss. I paid Robert in full that day as the poly was still drying and none of us realized it was semi gloss. We left for the weekend to stay off the floors. When we came back we realized something was wrong. We contacted Robert, he came back out and was very sorry about the mistake and went above and beyond to fix it right then and there and actually stayed until the poly fully dried to make sure we were satisfied.
