"Jake did not delay getting a bid to us & fine-tuned the specifications of the project as needed. The front & back lawns were removed, yards leveled, underground sprinkler system installed in both, & the front lawn was sodded & the back hydroseeded. On each day of the project I was home & was impressed with the professionalism of the crew. Neighbors commented on the finished product & how well the crew worked as a team. At no time was any of the crew standing idly by. Once installed the sprinkler system was tested twice & will be retested at a later date. Lanco receives my highest recommendation."

They have no integrity and will lie and scam to get paid upfront. Before you even consider contacting them, review the complaints filed against them in Washington courts ? there are multiple cases. My experience was horrible. They were paid 50% of the contract upfront, yet never started the work. Do your due diligence ? this company cannot be trusted."
