"Needed my Samsung fridge icemaker fixed. Doug came out on a Tuesday morning, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and scheduled for Friday repair. Came back Friday with the parts, did the repair and by Saturday morning, we had ice again. Very impressive and speaks volumes to the level of expertise Doug has with appliance repair. Would most certainly highly recommend Rainier appliance repair to family and freinds should they need appliance repair. The price was reasonable so we decided to move forward. When Vitalii came again he had a new part to try. He installed it but the oven still didn't work. He reassured us that he would still be able to fix it for the original quoted cost, but had to get an entire new panel from the manufacturer. He returned a few days later, installed the new panel and additionally fixed a piece of rubber gasket that had come lose from around the oven window for no additional charge. Very happy with the service, the price and his work!"
