Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."

I called Greg from GR - he came over the next day, looked at the area and said he didnt think it was asbestos but he could test it. I asked the price and he said around $250, but if I wanted to have it tested myself, it would be less than $100 (was actually $75) and he gave me the name of the testing company and address. He charged me NOTHING for the visit. How refreshing and honest. In the future, I will certainly call him for any asbestos or mold problems."

It was a contract to be signed my myself and the owner, Wayne. A copy of the insurance certificate was also provided without my having to ask for it. The work was performed in a timely manner. All work was based around my schedule not the contractors schedule. The basement was cleared of all affected areas. The area was completely cleaned of any and all debris related to this job. I can walk in the basement now without the smell of something rotten, mold. I was very impressed with the work ethic of Presley and one other man whose name I cannot remember.
