"I was given a day and time they were coming, and then got two different calls that he was being delayed. He fixed part of the problem, but needed to order parts to finish the project. Two weeks later, I had to call them to see what was going on, I was told she would have to check the warehouse to see if the parts had arrived . Three hours later she called back and said they were there. We set up an appointment for tomorrow between 10am and noon. The gentleman was nice , so we will see what happens tomorrow . Would I get them again? I do not know."

It has been three weeks now and today he came to install 2 new parts and broke a third. So now our dishwasher is still not working and we?ll be going with Bosch directly to see if they can repair it. The Technician told me I would be able to get our money back for the parts we paid for, which is over $650 , but I would need to ring the office to get them to issue the refund. I called the office telling the lady what had happened and she hung up on me. So rude , unprofessional and disappointing. DO NOT USE this company. "
