"These Guys are AMAZING. I got an estimate from United Pro for a total siding replacement. I got three estimates and United Pro was the best out of the estimates. Benny the Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needs to be done, from the insulation to the type of nails that they will use to install the siding. He showed me a bunch of colors and thankfully they had the exact color that i was looking for. The Order for the siding took about a week to come in. Once the siding came, It took them 3 days to complete all the siding. the made my property how it was before they even started the project from the way that they cleaned up. The Dumpster was taken away the next day and that was that. Such a stress free expirance and was a pleasure to have them as my contractors. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."
