"Two crews showed up to do the windows. One was very good with interior window trim and exterior caulking. The second crew left too large a gap between most interior moldings and had to be redone. Exterior caulking by the second crew has resulted in water leaks when washing down the windows. Also, the silicone caulking around the exterior edge of the windows was too wide and has attracted dirt giving us a brown rim around our white windows. The individual contracted to do the front wood door was not very cooperative and had to be called back to do a better job.

"Called several handyman and repair services, he was the only one that called back. He was on time and prices were fair overall. During the process I changed a few things and he accommodated me without hesitations. I needed several wall outlets updated and a few light fixtures removed and changed. After I've seen his work, ,I added a couple more projects and he finished them all in a timely manner. I do see myself hiring him again."
