We had two other plumbers provide quotes and Budget was one of the lowest. Since they had gotten so many other great reviews and the price was very reasonable we decided to go with them. They were able to get us on their schedule within a week which really helped to keep our project moving along. Jerry is the nicest guy you will ever meet. So friendly and upbeat each and everyday he came to work for us. When we asked him to do something that was a little different than what we originally asked for he never complained or made you feel like you were imposing. Being that our house is an older home (1900) there were some quirky things that Jerry had to work around. He knew exactly how to do it. Jerry had assistants that worked with him throughout the process - Troy and Brandon. Both of them were excellent as well. Ryan, who mainly does the scheduling and billing, was able to get us on the schedule for the days that we requested which was amazing because sometimes it was a little short notice. These guys truly care about their customers and it shows. If we have any other plumbing needs in the future these guys will definitely be the ones that we call."

He had a helper with him. I thought I might have to get a new unit as mine is about 14 years old but Mr. Bierman assured me that although he would love to sell me one I did not need it. Instead he fixed and cleaned my existing disposal, taking time to continually check everything as he went and teaching his helper as well. It now works like new. Throughout the process he explained to me what he was doing and what I could do going forward to keep it running well. He charged $75.00, which I consider a bargain. I had never had Mr. Bierman do plumbing for me before but he is now the only plumber I will use. Great guy, great price, great service!"
