"They were the only plumbers to give me a quote over the phone for a new water heater. Everyone else wanted to charge me for an estimate. The plumber was extremely professional and did the job quickly. I paid exactly what they quoted. I would definitely hire them for all my future plumbing needs."

"Extremely pleasant to talk to! I didn’t realize my husband had already booked someone else for the job, but I truly appreciated how responsive and professional Haines Drains and Plumbing was. I will definitely be contacting them for any future plumbing needs—they’re reliable and a pleasure to work with!"

"Very Knowledgeable, Proficient, Friendly, and professional. Very honest as well. Will never use another plumber."

"Very polite, immediately got to work, and explained things to me in plainer English so that I understood where the issues lies (having near zero plumbing knowledge prior). Thankfully, what looked like it could be a whole replacement became a much simpler fix charged as a service fee. Gave me a quote in case it did wind up being a bigger issue that needed replacing, but so far, not the case! Very grateful for quick and efficient work from Sam and Nick."

"Cam came to help me and my husband with a drain problem. He was kind, interested in understanding the concern, he explained the processes he was going through, and finally found the problem. It was resolved and at a reasonable price. We will definitely use East End Plumbing if we have this type of problem again. Thank you for helping!!"

"I used Home Pro of West Michigan to remodel my master shower and I highly recommend them. They provided great service and their timeliness and organization was stellar. They communicated very well and provided efficient follow up when needed. Their installers were friendly, helpful, and took care of the project in a day and half. Efficient is a perfect word to sum up my experience."

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"Matt & KJ really exceeded all expectations when it came to our bathroom remodel. They cleaned up after themselves, arrived at the time they said they would and they even drove an hour out of the way to get us a new vanity and shower because it was damaged in shipping. It was our first time hiring out a job & we had a great first experience! Weâ ll be calling them for any future projects!"

"Very happy with my new Liberation walkin tub.I also love the special toilet. They also installed a sink/vanity for me. I recommend them if you want quality work."

"The men who did the remodel were great. Even when they had to go back to the base to get shower doors because they were not in the materials. One stayed and did more while the other got the doors. The salesman was nice but wasnâ  t prepared with the materials he needed. I do like my shower though no more fear of falling, climbing over the tub."
