"DoneRite came to clean the tile/grout in my house. I needed to reschedule (twice) and they were completely accommodating. Gordon called to let me know he was on the way and when he arrived I was impressed by how professional he looked and how polite he was. My tile looks amazing! "The man was prompt and did what he was supposed to do. My frustration was that when he walked in he gave me 3 different prices. The lowest was just a basic going over the carpet once. The other two included using spot cleaners and some other things. I was unaware that there were different levels. I could not afford the higher priced ones. The carpet dried and looked ok. I guess I expected it to look better. There were no stains except for a 2-inch area on the stair landing which I had already cleaned. I thought the proce was a little high."

"The overall experience has been great. Nicole is one of these people who REALLY ENJOYS cleaning. Because of my initial experience Nicole now cleans for me on a regular basis. Usually a light cleaning every 2-3 weeks and a deep clean about every 3rd or 4th visit. She cleans on every visit the way most of us would like to clean but rarely have the time or energy for or if you're like me don't have a magic wand. "I have used Stanley Steamer in the past for carpets and they did an excellent job. This is about the tile cleaning. <br /> I was disappointed in the job they did. Two men came out and did the work fairly quickly- about the same as cleaning my carpets, only I paid a lot more. The results were varied. The grout is darker near the cabinets and much darker in the main cooking area which is what I really wanted clean. They would say it had heavier use, therefore it wouldn't come as clean, but it would have just taken some extra effort. I have cleaned it myself before and gotten it very clean. It was hard to tell how it would look at the time, because it was wet. They told me the darker places would dry lighter. When sealing the grout, I noticed the man was just bending over and pouring the sealer along the grout lines. I do not know if he could have maintained that position for all the grout. I hope it is sealed well. Anyway, I was really disappointed at first- I waited a long time to spend this much money to have it done. Now I don't notice it as much. (3 months later) <br />"

"An extremely difficult job done very well. Our team was thorough and professional, couldn't ask for anything more. Carlos was the lead guy and he did a superb job. Kent was the operations supervisor and visited often and he was the guy who got up and cleaned the registers and vents that were 28 feet high. Gave a B grade on price - how would I know what's competitive? Quote seemed high at first but more than fair when the job was done. Called some others highly rated by Angie's list and they didn't even bother to come out and look at the job - gave a quote over the phone. I even cautioned them about it, and they said if it was a house that was their bid. Knowing the extent of the job I dismissed them and their company. If they came out for their quote they would have either left immediately or done a half assed job."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
