Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

They were able to contain the water from continuing to come out of the drains overnight and returned the next day first thing in the morning to get the problem fixed.
