They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."

The install and finished product were even better than I had expected. It looks great and the company was very easy to work with. Mark Yates, the sales rep, was always accessible whenever I had a question and they even postponed the install scheduled for last fall till spring because of an unexpected surgery I needed. I would recommend this company and know you would be pleased with any work you might need done by them!"
