The installer was clean and neat and took care of all cleanup. We have used it for 4 months and very pleased. We also feel it was a safety upgrade as the walk in does not require a high step in and out and very comfortable. We would recommend this bath up grade."

There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly.
