We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. "Company was great from start to finish. I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. It turned out great. The deck looks awesome, the sunroom finally matches the house color and the new windows to the basement are secure. I’d hire them again."

"SemBro Was a pleasure to deal with. Their price was competitive; they started and finished when they said they would and the quality of workmanship was excellent. They replaced my cabinets; kitchen flooring; countertops and sink/faucet. They added a backsplash and installed a dishwasher. I had the range installed by the appliance supplier because it was a range with a down draft fan that required special installation and duct modification. Even though the experience was trying, eating pizzas and fast food for 2 1/2 weeks, the people at SemBro made it as easy as possible. They cleaned up every night and made as little disruption as possible. I would give them my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to use them again."
