"I hired David Sauder renovations to make some improvements to my mothers house (interior and exterior) prior to selling the property, and then followed up with home-inspection repairs during the sales process. Work consisted of replacing a bathroom vanity, kitchen sink and associated plumbing, repairing plumbing leaks to exterior faucets, building new walls in the basement bathroom, minor exterior repairs to vinyl siding, and installing GFCI outlets. In addition, he managed the 1/2 acre property with grounds keeping services (grass cutting, bush trimming and removal, and mulch spreading). "Amos did an excellent job screening in our existing deck, which was already under roof. He answered his phone calls, showed up on time (for both the estimate and the install), and worked very hard each day—10+ hours each day. He finished the job on time and in the estimated timeframe. We had spec’d and purchased all of the materials, including Azek tongue-and-groove porch flooring, RDI aluminum railing, Wolf PVC column wraps and Screen-Eze screen system. While some of these materials were new to Amos, he quickly acclimated to the proper installation of everything, including a screen door with pet flap. He was always gracious and accommodating to any design requests. We enjoyed having him work on our project and would hire him again."

"CK and Chris did my second floor deck replacement that was rotted all through. He was prompt showing up and gave us an above fair estimate compared to the other quotes we got. He and his team set to work and helped me by filing all permits and designs with the township and HOA. They worked fast and were extremely focused on the details. I could tell CK was a company of integrity and even built it more sturdy than what was required by the township. Little extras, like joist tape and framing promise to make my deck last long beyond its expected lifetime. I had an issue with one board after it curled and Chris came back right away and replaced it free of charge I would highly reccomend CK outdoor creations for decks, and I have referred him to many with how beautiful his work on decks and patios work. 10 out of 10 would reccomend"
