"Terrible experience. Very unprofessional and very poor communication skills. The entire remodel took longer then it should have because he always had an excuse why he was not coming. He installed lights totally different then what we thought he was going to do and not at all the way we wanted and he was not even sorry about it. He did not offer to do anything to fix it or refund any money. He actually argued with me about. He thinks very highly of himself and brags but does not listen to the customer or respond to questions when asked. The entire thing was very upsetting. Then he expected more money for a light that he was installing that he already gave the quote for and this after he messed up the other lights. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. At first we thought his fees were fine until he decided to send me a text showing me how much he could have charged me. I did not tell him what to charge when he gave me his fees. As for the quality of work there were things he did not do well, left messes, and caused unnecessary damage. Truly terrible experience."
