"While it did take some time to get the vendor to contact me, once he did, he went above and beyond to get to the house to perform the service. Was very nice and professional. My only complaint was that the carpet cleaning machine left a residue all over the wood furniture I had asked him to clean around. For the price though, it really didn't matter but it was an extra thing we had to do- to clean the furniture and scrape the residue left over from wooden surfaces.

"I thought C & D Installers, Inc. did a great job installing the pool but....I was upset about two things.
1.  The excavator that they used, over excavated my yard and of course I got charged extra for that.  My last above ground pool wasn't excated this much around the pool.  We're talking 2 1/2' in one spot, 3' in another, 4' in another and up to 5 3/4' in another. I don't feel that the excavator knows how to do a decent circle for a 24' pool.  I feel I got screwed in paying him extra.  Now I have to fill all of this in!
2.  C & D Installers left whatever they were drinking stains all over the cement patio in front of the shed.  So now I have to get the pressure washer out to try to get the stains out."
