Brian showed us where holes would need to be cut in the wall and ceiling in order to wire the light to a new switch. He also suggested an alternate solution of wiring into an existing switch that controlled recessed lights next to the new location (which would save us the hassle of patching walls and ceiling). After doing his research throughout that level he discovered old electrical wiring that was in fact the problem. We signed the contract on September 11, 2015 and the system was fully operational on November 20, 2015.  My house is all electric,( heat pump, well pump, the works ).  Over the winter our highest bill was $ 220.00. Over the summer most bills were about $9.00. One month, AEP actually owed us $15.00.  Given the size of our house (1400 sq. ft.) and our usage, we expect to reach break even in 4.5 years.  Given that the panels are good for 25 years, I'll realize a profit for 20.5 years. This means panels are actually going to be earning money for me? Getting solar panels is a no brainer.
