After doing his research throughout that level he discovered old electrical wiring that was in fact the problem. We signed the contract on September 11, 2015 and the system was fully operational on November 20, 2015.  My house is all electric,( heat pump, well pump, the works ).  Over the winter our highest bill was $ 220.00. Over the summer most bills were about $9.00. One month, AEP actually owed us $15.00.  Given the size of our house (1400 sq. ft.) and our usage, we expect to reach break even in 4.5 years.  Given that the panels are good for 25 years, I'll realize a profit for 20.5 years. "Robert was great!  He was very responsive over the phone helping answer my questions and educating me on my options.  He came out to look at our space and walked through what he planned to do.  When the TV finally arrived (I bought it elsewhere) he was very punctual and neat/clean and did a beautiful job creating a home theater experience for us in our bedroom with all the wires and components hidden nicely on a shelf in the corner of the closet.  He is an electrician too so that saved us money and hassle as he was able to move our cable and add power to the closet.  Using a small  IR sensor on our TV our standard TWC remote works great (better than in the den when we hold it up 10 feet from the unobstructed cable box).
He was professional, neat, and did a great job.  Worth the money.
