The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

Angie's list has been the answer many times in the last month for sure! Before I move in, I need to get many things done. So for COIT....Awesome professionals! The air duct cleaning crew came first. They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, asked if I had any questions or concerns, found an duct that was not connected and as a courtesy put sheet metal and duct tape on it to close the duct entrance off (no extra charge), was expedient and thorough. Once they finished, they discussed what had been done. Then, the next task was the carpets. Another truck pulled up a little later, and the same courteous neighborly attitude and professional care was provided!!! The carpets were cleaned beyond belief and only one stubborn spot remained...the rest of the house looked like new. No perfumed coverup either!!! My allergies and asthma would not tolerate it. So, I was very happy with the services and the people who did the work!
