"Eric and Chris did an excellent job. Very professional and thorough. They fixed a number of problems I had with original installations when the house was built a few years ago. Including fixing problems with the universal remotes, outdoor sound system and security camera setup. In addition, they installed all new 4k cameras, moved the NVR into my server room and installed a nw Ring camera on my front door. While we had a quote for much of the service, they offered additional items like moving the electrical outlets behind the TV for a reasonable price and mounting internet devices (Roku, Apple TV, Google Play) behind the TV so it’s out of view. I will amend this post with additional photos to share the quality of their execution. I recommend them to any homeowner or business. They take their time to do it right and leave the space spotless once the job is done. I’m so happy the other places we reached out to didn’t return our calls because we hit the jackpot with Empire."

A day or two after the vent is cleaned, they send an email which includes a link to before-and-after cleaning photos and digital anemometer readings (air flow measurements). We are very pleased."
