"Home Genius is a honest company, We signed contract for seamless gutters, the sales person spent almost 5 hours explaining everything to us as we were first time homebuyers, We Were set to do the Install in March, We had waived inspection and found lots of problem with the house and we decided to put the house back on the market. We called Emily Deily and explained to her and she had the owner Mr Austin call us and was genuinely sad for us and agreed to refund the initial deposit we had made in January 2022, I find Mr Austin and his team at home Genius to be understanding and compassionate, who went above and beyond to help us, I will call them for any new projects and highly recommend them to my friends."

"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"As in my previous review with my first house, HGE roof and gutters comes highly recommended! Especially for anyone who has had to contend with contractor &#34;ghosting&#34;! In our experience, HGE &#34;hit it out of the park&#34; on the my first and then again on the second house a week later! The logistics were expertly coordinated by Emily D., especially her particular professionalism and work ethic. As noted, she went &#34;above an beyond&#34; to ensure customer satisfaction, getting the driveway damage resolved, keeping us informed through-out, so our concerns were at a minimum through completion of the repair work. Again, the construction work/clean-up commenced under the lead of Mike B./Project Manager. The best part, No Contractor nightmares and where there were issues, HGE owned it!"
