"We hired Raven Exteriors (Ron and Nick) for multiply projects over the past few months. Excellent work, professional and reliable. They cleaned the work area nightly and was cautious about covering all furniture. Jan – 1600 sq ft of Smartcore vinyl flooring (Andover Oak) with water barrier Feb – Door and baseboard trim throughout home with framing corners Mar – Installed 2 French doors. Raised the back fence 1.5 feet and installed a gate. Mar/April - Kitchen remodel – Removed an L shape wall, bar, power and lighting. Reinforced subfloor joist and replaced damaged subflooring. Placed an Island (78.7 x 40.6) with water, plumbing and power. Framed butler pantry, sheetrock, mud and taped with lighting. Hung pendulum lights and ceiling fan. Relocated the refrigerator and water. Framed cabinets, sheetrock, mud, and taped above the refrigerator. July – Folding patio doors (151 x 80), remove sliding doors and install. "It went great! They were a few minutes late--due to train and called me, which I very much appreciated. They came in and with canvas and plastic sheeting encased the entire area in the kitchen to keep the mess to a minimum. They were very polite and really hard workers. They never even stopped for lunch. They were careful to keep the door closed--as I could not find one of my cats and I was afraid he would get out. They removed the previous old light fixture and then patched the wall. I was asked where I wanted the placement of the four new lights and wow--just like that--four new holes were drilled and four new lights installed. They dry walled the entire area and not a seam shows. They ensured the lights go on from both switches. Clean up was done quickly and there was zero mess for me to clean up. After I had purchased this item on Angie's list--Mr. Dove had emailed me with a list of questions about the light fixture and informed me about the process and the time it would take. I've had several house repairs/changes done in the past--this light fixture replacement was by far--the best, quickest and professional job I've ever has done. "George emailed me two days beforehand to setup a time. I give him a two hour window that worked for him. He came promptly at 8:30 am, Monday morning, 11/28/16, and left at 12:30 pm. He came inside with his toolbox and started right away on assembling my two small tables. They have been sitting in a box for over one year. George also installed some 3 doorknob sets but needed to make adjustments with the door frames so two doors could close properly. He also installed much needed rack on my bedroom door to hang all my dog leashes and harnesses. The window covering hardware in the Master bedroom was changed out also. He took measurements when needed. He was accurate and did not make unnecessary or incorrectly placed holes in the plaster walls for installation. George does excellent work and is efficient. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him for future services."
