I only accept payment when the job is done and the home owner is happy. I am a middle school teacher and do painting work when not teaching. "We needed our roof changed right away it was way too old and needed to get rid of it asap! we called progressive builders and 1 other company for bids we didn't have more time to look around for more. We decided to go with progressive because they were so professional, and had reasonable price. After changing the roof we decided it's time to do some changes in the house and we did interior and exterior painting, and changed our entire floors in the house to laminate hardwood floors. So happy with the results, and the communication with the project manager who always made sure to call us and direct us on whats being done each day, and just making sure we are happy with the results.
