Also Reuben Phagen, the sales person in the Charlotte store, was very personable and worked with me to choose the right carpeting and pad, as well as to schedule on a convenient date. He came to the house with sample boards and got me any samples that I requested. Also they had interest free financing available. This vendor was easy to work with and I would highly recommend. I did some price comparison with other vendors, and they were the best for what I wanted. I love the carpeting color and soft texture. I chose Shaw Dreamweaver with 8 lb. pad with pet protection."

I had large plank wood-look tile installed throughout the house (both the downstairs and upstairs) and carpet on the stairs and landing. Mohammad listened to what I wanted and made excellent recommendations. He stayed in touch with me on when the installation would begin/end, working around my schedule. His installers were on-time, professional, and hard-working (arriving by 8am and not leaving until 7pm). Mohammad followed up throughout the installation, making sure I was happy with both the selection and the crew working (I was!). My flooring is absolutely gorgeous...just what I wanted!
