"Our sales rep re-contacted us about our project and came out straight away to see what the problem was and talk to us about it. One look and he immediately understood the problem with the newly constructed path not curving into the corral for the trash and recycle bins as it was supposed to. He apologized again for the communication issues we had with the project manager and not only promised to have the pathway reconfigured to go into the corral, he said he would also put down a matching platform for the bins which we had opted not to do initially due to cost.
