"We were shown the actual video taken on the inside of our chimney. It was deemed unsafe to use due to cracked and missing mortar, we were offered a couple of solutions as well as cost for them.  <br />"

"Robert was very responsive and told me that I could have my leak fixed rather than replacing my whole roof. He repaired the leak and I haven't had any more issues with it. A few years later he came back after a storm and was honest with me that I didn't need replacement after a few shingles were lifted by wind. I really appreciate his honesty."

"Michael and Gene did a very thorough job of inspecting and cleaning the fireplace box, flew and chimney on the roof. Detailed pictures were provided so I could see exactly the areas needing attention and repair. Fireplace had not been inspected for a couple years, I now have piece of mind knowing we are safe to burn this fall/ winter. Worth every penny. Highly recommend."

"Tony Taylor did a thorough inspection of our chimney and fireplace and provided a report. Olde Towne Chimney replaced the crown with poured concrete, removed mortar from a previously botched repair and re-tucked with new mortar, and sealed the chimney with a 10 year sealer. Although we had a small problem during the two week process, Tony and his crews made it right. I am happy with the work."

"Lyons came out to inspect a leak we'd discovered in the roof of the home we'd just moved into.  We were terrified that the house we just bought was going to have roof problems.  Lyons came out and checked out where the leak was coming from.  We were hoping to get an estimate on the repair, but instead the Lyons guy had it repaired in 15 minutes.  He said it was just a piece of petal and a nail that needed to be caulked and hammered back down.  Talk about a load off our minds.  Roof hasn't leaked since.  Excellent experience!!!!! <br />"

"As part of removing the brick wall, Masonry Craftsman Joe Kreger carefully sawed the ends of both the south-facing and north-facing brick walls to match the new siding. The most critical part was creating a waterproof transition from the first story shingled roof to the vinyl siding. Repair Specialist Edgar Cordova removed the topmost row of shingles all the way across the roof. Then he sawed out an approximately ten inches wide strip of the underlying Oriented Strand Board (OSB) all the way across the wall; replacing this with new OSB. Next he over-lapped the existing roofing felt with a new layer (extending well up the wall) of “Snow Parrish felt, sealing all the seams. He then placed a row of new shingles. Finally he formed and installed a continuous sheet of flashing from the front (south) side of the house to the back (north) side; carefully caulking all the edges. Finally the siding was deftly mounted over the top edge of the flashing and all the way up to the top of the gable. Each step was very carefully executed and the result is a very attractive, water-proof wall. A few of the bricks of the north-facing brick wall needed to be replaced. Masonry Craftsman Joe Kreger returned for this touch up. His work is a perfect match to the existing wall and he artistically matched a décor feature used at each window by the original mason. We were continually reminded to call, by each crew chief, if we had any need for additional work to complete the job to our total satisfaction. My opinion: You can pay more, but you cannot buy better workmanship."

"They got on the roof and checked for apparent problems. They couldn't find any obvious causes related to the roof, but they did suggest that it could be the chimney and suggested that we have a chimney company check it out. All of this was done free of charge. Very professional and courteous."

"Excellent service. Prompt reply to email request for on site estimate and prompt visit to home for measuring and discussion on type of fencing best for the property. The weather did not cooperate on starting the job, but as soon as weather permitted work began and it only took two days. The old fence and posts were removed and new posts installed on day one and new four-foot link was installed with re enforcement along the bottom keeping the escape artist dog safely confined. The results are great. All trash and scraps were removed. Not only does the property look good the quality of the materials and work is excellent. The crew and Mr. Gonzalez were professional and respectful and the owner was on premises each day for the duration of the job. This company does construction from a new build to small jobs. I know when I need anything else done, I will call them first. <br />"

"We had Mike's employees come to our home to check out a funny noise our old furnace was making. They were there on time and found a horrible situation! The furnace was exhausting into our home because of a faulty flue and they also found a crack in the heat exchanger. They quickly repaired the flue and called Mike to check out the crack. He came to our home and assesed the crack, while it meant a new furnace it was OK for a few days until we could have the new furnace installed. Mike gave us several options and recommendations on furnaces with several price ranges. He also recommended to have additional fresh air intakes added to the second story to even out the heat distrubution. We also decided to have central air installed. When Mike's guys did the work I was expecting to clean up a mess where they cut into the ceilings for the intakes and where they replaced the furnace. I was so wrong! When I came home from work everything was spotless. They had cleaned up the mess where they cut into the ceilings and you couldn't tell they had been in and out several times. The house is the same temperature upstairs as downstairs, no cold spots, and best of all our utility bills have actually dropped a little. The new furnace is more efficient and uses less natural gas and the air unit uses less electricity than fans and keeps the house comfortable in the summer. I would recommend Mike King to anyone, his employees are so polite and professional."
