"New walls were built using paneling that matched existing paneling.  I had asked for a 3-foot-high box with removable or hinged lid to be built around the sump pump to keep the cat from playing with it; Jamie recommend a closet instead of a box, which was acceptable to me, and will prove to be a better choice when I have the sump pump discharge rerouted away from sanitary sewer.
Sump pump failed overnight during construction.  I had not moved in yet, so I was glad that the workers altered me.  With my authorization they had a new sump pump installed, removed the soaked carpet, and ran dehumidifiers to dry out the basement.
One door was installed opening opposite my request, but this was too minor a detail to ask for a correction.
New doors and trim were stained and varnished, and all messes were cleaned up completely.  Very happy with the work.  Solar tube (skylight) in bathroom is wonderful!"

"Everything worked out well. Patrick has a good feel for what he is doing when it comes to plumbing. He came to my home with the parts needed and went to work. He eliminated the amount of time that our water had to be shutdown and he was clean and neat during the installation. He also helped correct some other plumbing issues while he was at our home. "I had a home warranty, an extra policy on my house, so I had to use the people that they provided.  Other than their telephone answering, which takes forever, they were really good.  I was always glad that I had that coverage.  They had a person come out to confirm that my dryer was not broken and that it was the vent, and then I hired a provider to come and clean it. I had to pay the service charge for the technician to come out and  check my dryer.  When you try to call them you can never get through on the phone; they don't have enough telephone operators.  I never like to do it online because I wanted to talk to somebody and find out who they were going to pick as my vendor, because one time in all of the times that I used them, they sent me a really, really novice plumber who messed up my sink.  I think I had a broken garbage disposal or something that he didn't have the tools, his truck broke down on the way, he was very young and wet behind the years, and it was a company I never heard of.  So whenever I needed plumbing or maintenance on appliances or something, I would just call them and say I wanna use that other named company.  But they always do an excellent job.  I would say a B overall only because of how hard it is to get in touch with them.  For price, I shopped around before I renewed with them and they were very comparable to other companies and they didn't have a lot of exclusions, so I would say A.  I'm retired now and I won't be buying another house so I had to cancel my contract with them, but if I was going to, yes I would consider using them in the future. "
