We previously used another company that was terrible but Exact relieved all of our concerns right away with their planning and expertise. Anytime something came up during the process Either Brook, Larry or John (Owner) would immediately solve the issue. Exact plans their contracts to avoid almost all Surprise extra costs by allotting the appropriate funds for required Materials (IE Tile, countertops, ect). They didn’t budget for the cheapest versions like over contractors do than hit you with several change orders. We even received a good credit at the end of the project from not utilizing all those funds. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous the entire time. They would keep me in the loop with the days they would be there and days they wouldn’t be there.
