Fran, Denis and their team were trustworthy, punctual, and respectful of our space during construction. They kept us informed daily and responded in a timely manner when and if we had any questions. They provided insight on design layouts and other ideas that never crossed our minds and even gave us advice after project completion. We did not have to stress or worry once while construction was going on and we are so pleased with the final result. Could not recommend Fran enough and would hire them again for future projects."

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."
