However, he called his manager a few times to help with troubleshooting and in the end all got done. Took longer than it should have, but the gentleman was extremely nice and apologetic. They threw in a couple of extra motion sensors for the basement to make up for the long visit. Extremely nice touch and customer service. Still giving 5 stars."
