Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"Elias Construction did a fantastic job finishing our basement. From initial contact all the way through completion of the project, Elias was a pleasure to work with. He was here every day to ensure the work was done as we had discussed. . Our finished basement looks amazing. It has a full bath, a TV room, a bar that seats 8 people and recessed lighting throughout. The bathroom has a tile floor and wet bed shower. The TV room has a 75” TV with surround sound speakers along with additional in-ceiling speakers throughout all areas of the basement. In the bar, he installed high end cabinetry with in-cabinet and under cabinet lighting, a large stone backsplash and a TV mounted in the center. He also installed a granite bar top and undercounter appliances including a kegerator, beverage fridge, dishwasher and microwave. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and professionalism. We highly recommend him!"
