"Overall a good job. They were able to finish in a day plus a a couple hours the next morning. They look nice but there are a few areas where the gutters are not level, tilted, or gaps. Cutting and angles on a few were a little messy and not seamless. I?m happ with the gutter covers, but again a few area where the covers are not uniform in their transition from one to another and shingles are lifted. Plan to call back and have a few things fixed."

"Home Genius is a honest company, We signed contract for seamless gutters, the sales person spent almost 5 hours explaining everything to us as we were first time homebuyers, We Were set to do the Install in March, We had waived inspection and found lots of problem with the house and we decided to put the house back on the market. "Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"The part I like the most is that they left absolutely no mess behind what so ever. No empty buckets or rubber scraps or sheet metal bits.....no stains on my cement walkway.....nothing! The work done on the roof was neat and area repaired was completely covered and not patched like a Frankenstein monster. They show up on time and call before arriving. "As in my previous review with my first house, HGE roof and gutters comes highly recommended! Especially for anyone who has had to contend with contractor &#34;ghosting&#34;! He is an avid professional who confidently and tactfully shared product and company information; the HGE and Owens-Corning product and the workmanship warrantees. The logistics were expertly coordinated by Emily D., especially her particular professionalism and work ethic. As noted, she went &#34;above an beyond&#34; to ensure customer satisfaction, getting the driveway damage resolved, keeping us informed through-out, so our concerns were at a minimum through completion of the repair work. Again, the construction work/clean-up commenced under the lead of Mike B./Project Manager. The best part, No Contractor nightmares and where there were issues, HGE owned it!"
